“LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS” WPA THEATRE - 1982

By the time Albert Poland called me to work on this new show I had already been in Los Angeles for a couple of years. We had worked together previously on a Sam Shepard play in the 60s. Everything about this gem of a show which opened at the Off-Broadway Orpheum was wonderful, especially the script, the lead performers, the songs by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken, the sets, the lighting, everything! It was just what an Off-Broadway musical show should be. My poster seems to fit the whole affair as I remember it.
